April '08- PBMW spirit is strong- engine changes at race meets are sometimes seen, but its not often you see a crowd of competitors changing and engine for a fellow competitor. 

What happens when the man supplying the meat for the BBQ blows his engine whilst testing the day before race day?

Simple, when everyone arrives later that day, someone brings an engine with them and all the drivers dig in to get the old engine out and a new one in.

Those that can do, and everyone else gathers around passing spanners and beer (thats truley the important job).

And 3 hours after the engine arrives, the cars up and running and being tested around the paddock.

Its times like this that make us all realise that we are all part of something special

March '08- 48 cars to start and race at Brands Hatch round on 26/27th April. 

With such strong support for the Easytrack Production BMW series, an additional grid has been purchased for the Brands Hatch race weekend to accomodate the overwhelming entries.

The 48 cars entered for the race meeting will bve divided into 3 groups, with each group racing the others once, giving all 48 drivers 2 races each.

FEBRUARY '08- Season opener at Castle Combe already full. 

Just one month after entries opened for the PBMW Cup, there has been a stunning take up on entries for the entire season. We are please to anounce that we will be starting the season at Castle Combe on 24th March with a full 42 car strong grid!

JANUARY '08- The PBMW Cup announce their eagerly anticipated race fees for the 2008 season. 

After an exciting winter, the PBMW Cup launch their eagerly awaited and much talked about race fees. To reinforce the series ethos of "affordable racing", the race fees offer PBMW drivers a massive reduction over the 2007 seasons fees.

With fees of £125 for a single header and £225 for a double header, its clear to see why the drivers were so happy.

DECEMBER '07- Partridge, Autosports 4th best club driver of 2008. Awarded for his 6 wins in 2007. 

2007 Champion Andrew Partridge was named in 4th position in Autosport magazine's list of Top 10 drivers of 2007.
