2012 season kicks off in style!

After months of preparation and anticipation the drivers arrived at a gloriously sunny Brands Hatch for the first rounds of the season and the first chance to race on the much talked about Marangoni Tyres. The new rubber remained a hot topic as the weekend unfolded and the crowds were entertained by PBMW's trademark big grids and ultra-close racing on a very low budget. It quickly became clear that not only does the Marangoni offer the drivers a race tyre giving increased durability at a sensible price, the performance also exceeds that of the previous control rubber as the field set a blistering pace and a new lap record in the process.

With excellent feedback from the drivers and trackside support from Kwik Fit, the partnership got off to a perfect start.

Congratulations to all the podium winners who like the rest of the field are now turning their attention to the Silverstone GP circuit for rounds four and five on April 15th.
