The Toyo Tires Production BMW Championship is a one-make race series based on the much-loved E30 3-Series first produced by BMW in the early 1980s. Combining a motoring icon with the best circuits in the country, the championship provides both beginners and seasoned campaigners with affordable, competitive, friendly and above all safe motorsport.

As a shining example of the qualities that made BMW's name, the pretty little E30 is great fun to drive and both reliable and uncomplicated. Most repair jobs can be completed using easily learned know-how and common garage hand tools. It can also be trailered around the country with a large family car. As the regulations prohibit significant modification from standard, new replacement parts are cheap and very easy to find and if you can't be persuaded to try fitting them yourself, the local garage will have no trouble doing it for you. The championship is a family orientated series run by and for racing enthusiasts. We compete for pleasure only and there is no requirement to join any of the National racing clubs. We have the services of a dedicated MSA eligibility scrutineer and driving standards are rigorously enforced. There is a reasonable membership fee, but as a not-for-profit club run on a volunteer basis by the drivers, any surpluses are reinvested for the benefit of the drivers.

Rounds 3&4 Rockingham International Super Sports Car Circuit
Stu Waite put his early season woes behind him to take pole and fastest lap on his way to a convincing pair of wins in front of Harry Goodman and Donington race winner Gary Feakins. Fierce tussles in the latter half of the top ten were enjoyed by Jack Gabriel, Kevin Welsh and Andy Strong, whilst newcomer Alex Ball showed promise with an impressive climb up the order in race one.

The consistency of Goodman, Feakins and James Foard mean they currently top the championship table, but with the bulk of the season and dropped rounds on offer the championship is wide open.
